Fast 1 is a single-blade device designed to cut irregularly shaped stones into thin slabs. This machine is ideal for those who are just starting out in stone slab production or who need a small production volume.
Handling Equipment
Manipulators are systems that pick up the stone, hold it and place it correctly under the splitting blades. They can be manually operated manipulators or in some cases automated. They can be customized according to the needs or the specifics of the plant in which they are located.
FINISHING EQUIPMENT
Beaver is an automatic machine that gives the edge of the material a distinct sliver effect. This machine virtually nibbles away at the edges of the material, giving a rough effect to slabs, countertops or steps. This is a specific job that is still done by hand by operators in most stone processing plants.
